ok folks, it's that time of year.
school's out, the kids are running around (well actually staring at the video screen), the days are longer and the night are cool.
with the lazy hot days of summer ahead what's on your reading list?.
Just finished "This Book Will Save Your Life" by A.M. Homes. (How could an ex-JW resist a title like that?)
Before that, "Kafka On the Shore" by Haruki Murakami.

okay, first of all: i like the earth, the polar bears, the whales, and any other part of the planet that someone wants to help.
i appreciate any efforts that people exert.
the planet is going through global warming and pumping exhaust from automobiles and factories and other sources does contribute to the global warming.
Here's to health and healing.
Great post Jerry.
Looking forward to the campfire in Tahoe.

i am nearly 40 years old and have started a bucket list of things i would like to do before i die.. .
one of them being spending 6months away from my mobile and laptop in a tiny village away from the uk.. .
do you have a bucket list?.
I would like to meet Sparlock in person...
Sorry. Ok.
Serious bucket list item:
Have dinner, INDOORS, at a nice Parisian restaurant with my wife and our well-mannered pooch at our feet.

i have been out of the "borg" for a while but i finally got the courage to tell my story and speak my truth.
normally i am just a lurker and i read a lot more than i post but i decided to share this with all of you because this site helped me a lot during my journey.. it's a 7 part series, parts 1-3 are up already.
i really hope that you all enjoy it.
In the first few chapters I was thinking, "Man this is long". But the foundation really needed to be laid and, as you mention, this story is actually the "Cliff Notes".
Chapters 6 & 7 were an absolute joy to read!
Thank you so much for taking the time to share so much of your journey.
All the best to you and yours as you follow your path.
